St. Kitts Center Now Opening
IMA’s new state-of-the-art call center occupies one floor with two distinct wings in a new building opening in the summer of 2007. The center, which is walking distance from the St. Kitts airport, will include:
- Security card entry for all employees ensuring safety and security for staff and data
- VoIP telecommunications utilizes multiple private lines into our US data center
- Back-up generators, UPS & power line redundancy ensuring that we never lose service
The IMA St. Kitts center can connect directly to client’s infrastructure or to our hosted data center. New clients will have the luxury of customizing their staffing and layout in our new center. In addition, clients can select candidates for program manager, supervisory and staffing positioning as well as existing employees.
